Spring Foward!

I absolutely love SPRING! I enjoy the weather, the fresh air, the flowers, the colors, and of course, spring cleaning! It's a season of renewal. Fashion wise, Spring can be kind of confusing. The weather constantly changes and its not hot enough for some pieces, or not cold enough for others. That's where I come in so don't worry! I'm going to give you a few tips on transitioning into Spring so don't pack away your fav Winter pieces just yet....

  • Add a pop of color to your neutral sweaters and tops. Vibriant belts are all the rave for the season so shed some light on your black, brown, white, and gray sweaters by adding a colorful belt around your waist.
  • Shoes. You can easily wear a pair of colorful shoes with one of your light winter-y tops on cool Spring days for the perfect mixture.
  • Accessories also work well to transition into a new season. Choose vibrant bags and jewelry to give your winter oldies a few more days before you pack them away.
  • Shed some layers! Put away your heavy coats and opt for a light weight blazer instead. You can also opt out of an outer layer altogether and simply wear a nice top and necklace.
  • Add a thin, sheer, floral scarf to your favorite neutral long sleeve top to give it a little oomph!
  • Put away your flat boots and grab your cute ballerina flats.
  • It is also a good idea to simply scrunch your long sleeve tops to a 3/4 length and add a bracelet or bangle.
Hopefully as you have read along, you have pictured cute combinations of ways you can update your Winter wear in your head. If you have any questions about a style you are unsure of, feel free to comment or email me. I'll be happy to help!
